By using the OneSec.com website (“Service”) or any services provided by OneSec (“OneSec”, “we”, “us”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

While OneSec prohibits certain conduct and content on the Service, you understand and agree that OneSec cannot be responsible for all content posted and you may be exposed to such materials. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• Accounts must be registered by real humans. Automated or “bot” accounts are not permitted.
• Downloading or accessing substantial portions of data from the Service is prohibited, regardless of automation.
• You must provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other required information during sign-up.
• Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. OneSec will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• The Service may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use.
• OneSec reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This may result in deactivation or deletion of your account and all content within it. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancellation

• All paid plans require a valid payment method. Free accounts, if offered, do not require payment information.
• Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan results in immediate billing unless you are in a trial period.
• If your subscription includes a free trial, billing will begin automatically after the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. No refunds are provided for partial periods, upgrades, downgrades, or unused days with an open account.
• Changes in billing cycles (monthly/annual) will be prorated accordingly.
• Fees do not include taxes or duties that may be imposed by authorities in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for such charges.
• Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features, content, or capacity. OneSec is not liable for such loss.
• If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

• OneSec reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time, with or without notice.
• Prices for all Services may change. Notice of pricing changes will be provided via the Service or website.
• OneSec will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

General Conditions

• The look and feel of the Service are the intellectual property of OneSec. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any part of the Service’s design or code without permission.
• OneSec is not affiliated with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any other governmental entity.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• All information is for informational purposes only and is not intended as financial, investment, or legal advice. OneSec and its providers are not liable for any errors, incompleteness, delays, or actions taken based on the Service. Redistribution of information is not permitted.
• Support for OneSec is available in English through our contact page.
• The Service may use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide technology and services required to operate.
• You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service or falsely imply association with OneSec.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
• We may, but are not obligated to, remove content or accounts containing content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates these Terms.
• Any abuse toward OneSec staff or users may result in immediate termination of your account.
• Technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may involve unencrypted transmissions and changes to conform to technical requirements.
• OneSec does not guarantee that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, (iii) results obtained will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of products, services, or information will meet expectations, or (v) errors will be corrected.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Failure of OneSec to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OneSec regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
• Certain company data, including pricing information, may be provided by third parties.

Trademarks

The OneSec name, logo, and other OneSec trademarks (“OneSec Marks”) are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not display, copy, modify, or use the OneSec Marks without our prior written consent.
You may not use the OneSec Marks to imply endorsement by OneSec, or in any manner likely to cause confusion.
You must promptly comply with any request to cease any unauthorized use of the OneSec Marks.
