OneSec Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the OneSec Affiliate Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
   The Program is open to individuals at least 18 years old.
   We reserve the right to reject or remove participants at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
   Affiliates earn 20% of every payment made by users who sign up through their unique referral link.
   Commissions apply to all payment types (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and recur for as long as the referred user remains subscribed.
3. Payouts
   Payouts are processed monthly.
   A minimum balance of $30 is required to receive a payout.
   Earnings below this threshold will roll over and accumulate until the minimum is met.
   Payments are made via PayPal or other supported methods.
4. Tracking & Attribution
   Referrals are tracked using cookies valid for 30 days.
   If a user signs up within that period using your link, the commission is attributed to you.
5. Program Abuse
   Fraudulent activity, spamming, or self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
   We reserve the right to withhold commissions and remove accounts that violate our terms.
6. Changes to the Program
   OneSec reserves the right to change or terminate the Program, commission structure, or payout policies at any time.
   Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or website notice.
7. No Guarantees
   Participation in the Program does not guarantee income.
   Earnings depend on the actual payments made by referred users.
8. Limitation of Liability
   OneSec is not liable for any loss or damages arising from participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
